Fenn v Sainsburys
On 12 March 2022, Chloe and I were told to leave Sainsbury’s in Clapham Common. I am now taking the supermarket to court for disability discrimination.
“Cats can’t be assistance animals!”

Allergies and fear of cats
Dogs and cats are less likely to bring on an allergic reaction than dust mites, pollen, paint and cleaning products. And there is plenty a cat owner can do to minimise the risk.
Zoonotic disease
It’s unlikely that a member of the public would contract a zoonotic disease from a properly-managed assistance cat.
Discrimination
Most of our interactions with people are friendly and positive. Here, I talk about when they’re not.
